*The best way to study is to do lots of problems: WeBWorK problems, problems from the back of each chapter in the course notes (answers available in the appendices), [[Practice problems|practice problems]]. Questions similar to the WeBWorK assignments, quizzes and the OSH will appear on the midterm.

Latest revision as of 14:24, 18 August 2017

Our midterm will be held on Thursday, October 25 2018, outside of class. After the add-drop date, you will be able to sign up for a time slot. Time slots are staggered throughout the day. There will also be a conflict midterm scheduled for students who cannot make any of the assigned times on the 26th. Details will come later.

The midterm will assess all content covered in the course up to and including optimization.
