Midterm date and time
- The midterm will be held on Oct. 18, 2016. The time of the midterm depends on which slot you sign up for with the options being 5:15 -6:15 pm, 5:45 -6:45 pm, and 6:15 -7:15 pm. Please use the midterm sign-up form. The sign-up form will close on Friday, Oct 7.

Study tips
- The best way to study is to do lots of problems: WeBWorK problems, problems from the back of each chapter in the course notes (answers available in the appendices), practice problems. Questions similar to the WeBWorK assignments, quizzes and the OSH will appear on the midterm.
Format
- The midterm will consist of a number of multiple choice questions, some short answer problems (show work, enter answer in a box) and three longer questions more like OSH. See links below for old midterms and solutions but keep in mind that the course content and order changes from year to year.

Midterm return
For those who took the AMC format of the midterm (requiring you to fill in bubbles for your student number and multiple choice answers), you can get your midterm here
Those who took the Crowdmark format of the midterm (which had a QR code on each page), you should have received an email from Crowdmark. All others will receive their midterms from their instructor, either in class or by some other means indicated by your instructor.
